Time nahi milta: ab milega

time ni mila yar, nahi toh pakka kar leta.
(didn’t get time to do so, otherwise I would have surely done it.)
This is most common excuse which we used to give these days. Either 24 hours has become very less time to complete our work or we have been lazy ; as we have our very common excuse that due to lack of time we didn’t complete it. Despite of fact that neither we are Ambani nor Bill Gates, still we are more busy than them, with 0% productivity. Then what are we doing by being so much busy ??? even our work is not completed . most of us are wasting time even without recognising that we are wasting it. We can proper utilise our time by time management.
Time management which seems very simple but its not. At the same time its not impossible, just one have to be disciplined & keep some patience while practicing it. And follow some rules:-
Wake up early: most difficult & most important factor of time management is waking up early. As waking up early will make your day longer & little more systematic. Getting up early & reaching office/college on time , plus properly ate breakfast can give kick start to your day. And good start of day will helpful in giving satisfactory end to day.
Set time limit for task: first of all set priority which task is how much important for you. According to this decide time limit & bound yourself to complete task in that limit. earlier there will be many hurdles but once you become habitual to this you will become punctual.
NO is not rude: If you are saying no to someone doesn’t mean that you are sounding rude . saying no to inessential things is worth as worthy things get maximum time. for e.g. sometimes saying no to enjoyment with friends is equivalent saying yes to bright career.

Mobile sucks time: Day feels us shorter as mobile suck time. We spent huge amount of time in surfing, chatting , gaming on mobile. It is saying all great people like Aryabhatt, Vivekanand, Albert Einstein, had 24 hours & we too had 24 hours. But the problem is we have smart phones too. Time spent on mobile should be minimize so that other important things can be done. Use your smart phones only when it is needed or give half hour for chatting & all.
Time management doesn’t mean hectic schedule. It also includes giving time to your loved ones . minimize spending your time on virtual world & start living in real world.
